Pamela Meadows began her career in customer service and operations at a financial institution which led to a position as a Mortgage Loan Officer at a Mortgage Company earning recognition as a top producer. In 2001, she was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager and gravitated toward problem solving, developing procedures, and designing streamlined processes to ensure seamless daily operations. Having entrepreneurship goals, in 2005 she partnered with a nationwide mortgage company and became the owner operator of a franchisee branch while founding a small company that provided administrative and loan processing support to mortgage companies. Due to the 2008 recession that led to a high number of foreclosures affecting loan approvals, she shifted her focus to the legal industry. In 2009 she founded Kentucky Process Service. Over the past 17 years, she has grown KPS from a one-person operation into a successful company with over 90 team members operating in 5 states. Pamela is driven by her passion for leadership, a strong support team, and long-lasting client relationships. She takes pride in the company’s commitment to exceptional customer service.

Andrea began her career at a fast-paced company and earned the position of Manager. Throughout the years, she continued holding management positions focusing on client and employee relations while earning a Business Management degree. She joined KPS in 2015 assisting with daily operations and quickly became a growth leader. She was promoted to Office Manager in 2016 and in 2023 was named Chief Operations Officer . Andrea leads our entire team, overseeing quality control and client relations, to ensure daily operations run smoothly. With over a decade at KPS she has a deep understanding of our industry and has been integral to our success and growth.

Leslie began her career as a managing assistant and overseeing finances for a small business while pursuing a degree in Business and Finance. In 2014 she joined KPS as a part-time process server and by 2018 she transitioned to full-time as a customer service representative and data processor. As the company expanded, in 2024 Leslie was promoted to Chief Financial Officer overseeing daily financial functions and guiding the company’s financial growth. While CFO is her primary role, she is a leader and key member of our management team and is at the forefront of client relations with her extensive knowledge of the industry.
